The Bill: DS Carter leads an investigation into an armed robbery at a toy shop. CCTV footage appears to show two known thieves casing the shop the day before. Carter suspects that a woman seen arguing with an employee moments before the robbery was acting as a decoy, but PC Brown is convinced of her innocence.
